This is a soft, closed space for women with CPTSD — a group where we don’t perform, don’t fix, and don’t pretend.
Just real women, showing up as they are.
It’s a small group (10 women max), so it stays safe, gentle, and consistent.
We meet weekly on Wednesdays at 6 PM Eastern, on Google Meet, for 12 weeks.
The group stays closed for 12 weeks, so it feels stable and safe. At the end of each cycle, we open spots for new members.
