  • We meet weekly for 60-minute video sessions. These consistent touchpoints ensure you have regular support while giving you enough time between sessions to practice new skills and process your experiences.

  • You have unlimited messaging access to me between our weekly sessions. This means you can reach out when you're struggling with a trigger, need clarification on a technique, or want to share something.

  • Life happens! I maintain a flexible rescheduling policy as long as you provide 24-hour notice. We'll work together to find a time that works for both of us.
